Salesforce Developer – OmniStudio Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in OmniStudio to join our team at the Devanahalli office. In this role, you'll design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components like FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating impactful CRM experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to define and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OmniStudio integration tools
- Optimize existing processes for performance, usability, and scalability
- Follow Salesforce best practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit testing to ensure code quality
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Minimum 2 years of expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform features including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, and SOQL
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using APIs and web services
- Familiarity with Salesforce data model and industry-specific templates
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or OmniStudio certifications preferred
- Experience in Agile methodologies preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado preferred
