Roles and Responsibilities :
Legal Research & Analysis:
l Conduct thorough legal research on regulatory
issues, case law, statutes, and industry-specific
legal topics.
l Analyze legal documents and summarize findings
for internal stakeholders.
Contract Review & Management:
l Review, draft, and assist in negotiating contracts
including NDAs, vendor agreements, service
agreements, and more.
l Maintain and update the contract management system.
Compliance Support:
l Assist in monitoring and implementing internal
compliance programs and corporate policies.
l Help prepare reports for internal audits and
regulatory filings.
Risk Management:
l Identify and evaluate legal risks related to the
company's operations and recommend
mitigation strategies.
l Support due diligence for business transactions,
such as mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
Administrative & Legal Support:
l Assist with corporate governance matters,
including maintaining board resolutions,
minutes, and company filings
l Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.

CTC Range :
14 lpa (lakh per annum)
