Key Responsibilities:Provide technology advisory services to Client Executives on their digital workplace strategy roadmapLead large digital transformation programs as a trusted Technology advisor to clients working with multiple client stakeholders business groups and service providersProvide best fit architectural solutions technology consultation assist in defining scope and sizing of work create technology differentiation to ensure high quality technical solutions and thought leadershipManage a range of stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment to business needsLiase with various integration forums and internal governance committeesLarge deal advisory Lead integrated solutions for large proposals or client programsMonitor the profitability of consulting advisory engagementsProgram manage large consulting advisory engagementsTechnical Requirements:Technology strategist and evangelist who specializes in leading organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging technology and articulating the strategy to deliver new products business paradigms and ecosystem partnerships that enable growth and increase operational efficiencyWell versed with Industry Standards OEM Standards and Infosys Service Offerings in the Digital Workplace domain to be able to provide solution advisory and transformation strategyConsult influence guide and steer customers on multi year and multi faceted evolutionary roadmaps that unlock user value and solve underlying business problems and challenges every step of the wayProven and hands on experience in minimum four Digital Workplace technology domains across a minimum of two industry verticalsExperience in providing Cloud Digital and Security advisory to client execs and driving multi year large transformation programsAdditional Responsibilities:PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profileThese includePeople skillsA proven people leader who can balance between managing and leading teamsExperience of coaching managing and leading a large global team 20 50 people spread across multiple programs within a portfolioHands on experience with working in a globally distributed and virtual environment preferably in agile practicesStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to be able to influence or manage difficult stakeholders both internal and external partners service providers and customersSoft skillsWork in a Global delivery environmentAbility to work independently both in supervisory as well as individual contributor capacity within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutionsExperience with at least one of the following Design Thinking Systems Thinking Wicked Problem SolvingExcellent Analytical and troubleshooting skillExcellent in Verbal written communicationWillingness and flexibility to learn new technologies learnability having a pulse on industry trends scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demandsPreferred Skills:Technology->Architecture->Architecture - ALL,Technology->Cloud Platform->Cloud Platform - ALL,Technology->Cloud Platform->Azure Devops,Technology->IOT Platform->AWS IOT
