Work Hours

Reporting Time: 7.45 am, Hours: 8:00 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Saturday

(Based on work needs, the timing may be revised to 7.00 am to 8.00 pm at the site)

Primary Role

Projects Execution & Commissioning Taskmaster

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end turnkey execution and commissioning  of Solar EPC of up to 20 MW Ground Mounted
  • Execute as required, all tasks, including all on-site activities and operations.
  • Ensure the project is executed according to the approved plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise laborers and other site staff
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate project progress, changes, and expectations
  • Monitor and inspect all work to ensure it meets the required quality standards & develop and maintain the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
  • Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges
  • Manage post-commissioning performance uptime during the handover period
  • Ideate, execute, and/or oversee any and every activity required for the successful delivery of the project
  • Execute and/or oversee periodic and required reporting to the Project Manager
