Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Senior Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Controlling processes and cross-functional integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP CO module and integrate with other SAP components using FIORI.
  • Lead Fit-Gap analysis, workshops, and design standard solutions.
  • Implement controlling structures, cost element accounting, internal orders, and Capex/Opex processes.
  • Set up product costing for MTS, MTO, and PCC manufacturing models.
  • Configure material ledger with actual costing and transfer pricing.
  • Collaborate with logistics, O2C, and P2P teams for end-to-end value flow.
  • Support COPA (account-based), planning, revaluation, and COGS split.
  • Execute period-end close activities including settlements, WIP, and variance analysis.
  • Document solutions, create training materials, and conduct user training.
  • Handle L2/L3 incident and problem management within SLA timelines.
  • Prepare functional specs for RICEFW objects and E2E process documentation.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA CO lifecycle and integration with non-SAP systems.

Desired Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP CO, product costing, and material ledger.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and planning components.
  • Familiarity with COPA, actual costing, and transfer pricing.
  • Ability to manage incidents, documentation, and training delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
