Job Description – Graphic Designer

Verito Technologies provides secure cloud hosting and managed IT solutions for tax and accounting professionals across the U.S. As we strengthen our online presence, we need a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to take ownership of our brand's entire visual identity from social media creatives to campaign designs, ads, website graphics, and more.

This role is critical to building Verito's brand identity and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms, marketing channels, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Visual Branding

● Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and blogs.● Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.● Build visually appealing designs for case studies, pitch decks, infographics, brochures, and reports.● Create dynamic, scroll-stopping visuals tailored for each platform and audience segment.

1. Social Media & Marketing Collateral

● Design post templates, carousel creatives, banners, and YouTube thumbnails.● Produce visuals for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.● Create visuals optimised for engagement, visibility, and conversion-driven campaigns.

1. Brand Strategy & Enhancement

● Collaborate with content, marketing, and growth teamsto translate narratives into compelling visuals.● Elevate Verito's brand identity by introducing modern, premium, and trust-driven aesthetics.● Support product marketing and brand campaigns with high-impact creative assets.

1. Multi-Platform & Emerging Formats

● Create visuals for webinars, events, and ads.● Prepare print-ready designs for occasional offline needs like brochures or event banners.

Must-Have Skills & Expertise

● Design Expertise: Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.● Brand Thinking: Ability to define, maintain, and evolve a consistent visual identity.● Social Media First: Deep understanding of social-first design trends and creative performance metrics.● Motion & Animation (Preferred): Basic skills in After Effects or similar tools for lightweight animations.● Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect execution across all creative assets.● Collaboration: Ability to work closely with content, marketing, and product teams.

Good-to-Have Extras

● Prior experience designing for B2B SaaS, IT, or accounting-focused brands.● Familiarity with ad creative optimisation and performance marketing.● Understanding of UX/UI principles for collaborating on web components.
