CCTV technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and maintain various home automation systems, including security cameras (CCTV), video door phones, gate automation, and burglar alarms.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to home automation and security products, providing on-site or remote support as needed.
• System Testing: Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning properly before delivery to clients.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure satisfaction with system performance.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure systems are running efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth workflow from installation to after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of home automation, security systems, CCTV, video door phones, and similar technologies.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and network systems, home automation platforms, security system setup, and troubleshooting.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle technical issues in a timely manner.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and satisfaction.
• Educational Qualification: A diploma or degree with basic knowledge
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of networking (IP cameras, routers, etc.), basic programming skills, and familiarity with industry standards for security and automation system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹25,000.00 per month
