Purpose of the role

• Ensure On time delivery of the Assemblies as per the business plan.
• Ensure 100% adherence to standard operating procedures to deliver Assemblies with zero defects.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Creation of Process documents for Composites Assembly.
• Identifying the BOM with Qty, minor tooling's requirement for Product realization.
• Maintaining the sufficient stock of consumables & Shop aids for Product realization.
• Execution of Plan & Allocation of manpower for production activities of Composites Parts as per the plan.
• Ensure the Documents, Manpower, Material availability to achieve the Production target.
• Adherence of Production Cycle time.
• Cycle time reduction for production parts.
• Guide the Engineers, Dy. Engineers, Technicians on the manufacturing process for new product development.
• Implementation of TQM in Composites Assembly shop.
• Follow up the Production parts with internal departments up to final clearance.
• Ensure the optimum utilization of resources like(Man, Material, Machine).
• Ensure FAI & Production parts output meets the required Quality standard.
• Attending RCCA meeting and implementing Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Preparation for TQM, AS9100, NADCAP, EOHS, Customer Audits.
• Projection of the Facility & Manpower requirement.
• Provide classroom session & Practical training on New technicians on composites manufacturing process & Safety.
• Ensure the adherence of Safety requirements in Composites.
• 1Acheive the 85% of OEE, OLE.
