Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization tools. Youll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure in alignment with DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS.
  • Monitor systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Perform system troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
  • Ensure security best practices and compliance across all cloud environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild/Deploy).
  • Proficient in Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS preferred) or ECS.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Good understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have:

  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
