About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Business Analyst to drive the success of multiple IT projects. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution — ensuring requirements are well-defined, development runs smoothly, and every project milestone is achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis and prepare documentation (BRD, FDD, HLD, LLD).
  • Define logical criteria, validate data, and support UI design and user flow.
  • Lead Scrum and Sprint Planning, manage backlogs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and review test cases, scenarios, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with developers and testers for API requirement analysis and integration validation.
  • Provide deployment and post-production support, including issue resolution and maintenance.
  • Manage project reporting, MOMs, and track metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Support SEO strategy, keyword research, and digital campaign tracking.
  • Contribute to WordPress-based website development and content management.
  • Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and management.
