About the Role:

Bannpeople is on the lookout for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer with a strong focus on minimalist design. If you believe less is more and have a knack for turning complex ideas into clean, powerful visuals, this is the role for you. You'll work across a variety of formats—from social media creatives and YouTube thumbnails to website banners and brand assets—ensuring our visual identity remains modern, compelling, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-conversion, eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and other platforms.
  • Create engaging, minimalist static and dynamic visuals for social media.
  • Develop website banners and promotional graphics aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate closely with the strategy and lead teams to understand project briefs and translate them into visually compelling designs.
  • Uphold and evolve brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in minimalism, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or other relevant software effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating minimalist design across multiple formats (social media, web, thumbnails, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); working knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
