who can communicate the brand's existing vision into compelling visuals and experiences across digital and physical platforms.

Position Overview

The 
Visual Designer & Associate Art Director
 will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise, design, and execute high-impact visual communications that align with the brand's luxury positioning. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and aesthetic judgment, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with an eye for detail and a willingness to travel for photo shoots, brand events, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design creative campaigns, visual assets, and communication materials for both digital and print platforms.
  • Define and uphold the brand's visual identity across marketing, packaging, retail, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and copywriters to deliver cohesive brand narratives.
  • Manage all stages of the design process — from concept and storyboard to final execution.
  • Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring aesthetics align with brand tone.
  • Supervise junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment.
  • Stay informed about design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to luxury and fashion brands.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
    .
  • Working knowledge of 
    Canva
     and other design tools.
  • Keen sense of layout, composition, color, and typography.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn new design trends and technologies.
  • Team-oriented, detail-driven, and deadline-focused approach.

Education & Preferred Institutes

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in 
    B.Des
     or 
    Fashion Communication
     from one of the following institutions:
  • NIFT

Job Type & Travel
