What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end development of cloud-connected embedded products (IoT devices, gateways, data loggers).
  • Architect and optimize Linux-based systems (Debian/Yocto/Raspbian), including kernel customization and performance tuning.
  • Ship robust connectivity stacks (GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE) and RTOS-based firmware.
  • Integrate securely with AWS/GCP services for device management, telemetry, OTA, and analytics.
  • Drive intuitive embedded UIs and ensure smooth HW/SW co-design with our hardware team.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of 10+ engineers; raise the bar on code quality, reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.

What you'll bring

  • Strong hands-on coding in
    C/C++
    , plus proficiency in
    Python
    and/or
    Go
    .
  • Deep Linux chops (kernel, device drivers, BSPs, Yocto/Raspbian), scripting with
    Bash/Shell
    , and
    RTOS
    experience.
  • Firmware experience across
    GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE
    and common IoT protocols (MQTT/HTTP).
  • Cloud integration on
    AWS
    and/or
    GCP
    for edge/IoT workloads.
  • Experience building
    embedded UIs
    and a solid understanding of
    embedded hardware
    .
  • Proven team leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership.

Nice to have:
OTA frameworks, secure boot/TPM, containers at the edge, devops for firmware (CI, HW-in-the-loop), performance profiling, and board bring-up.
