Role: Java Lead

Exp: 7+Years

Locations: Bangalore

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design Patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in modern SCM, CI/CD, build, and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of code scanning, static analysis, and automated testing tools.
  • Experience with development methodologies such as TDD and BDD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance backend solutions using Java technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
  • Drive development efforts with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design.
  • Support the deployment process and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure code quality through test automation practices (TDD/BDD).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend integration or full-stack development with ReactJS is a bonus.
  • Strong experience in

    RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with 
    GCP BigQuery
