About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web3 Security Analyst to join our team and help secure our decentralized applications, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, improving protocol security, and responding to threats across our Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform security audits of smart contracts written in Solidity, Vyper, Rust, or other blockchain languages.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for blockchain protocols, dApps, and wallets.
  • Monitor on-chain activity to detect and respond to suspicious behavior, exploits, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure SDLC practices and integrate security early in the development process.
  • Analyze known vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, flash loan attacks, oracle manipulation) and stay updated on emerging threats in the Web3 space.
  • Build and maintain automated tooling for static/dynamic analysis, fuzz testing, and threat detection.
  • Participate in incident response, post-mortems, and remediation efforts after security events.
  • Assist in writing clear security documentation, best practices, and policies.
  • Contribute to bug bounty programs and coordinate responsible disclosure with ethical hackers and external researchers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM, and other blockchain protocols (e.g., Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot).
  • Experience auditing smart contracts using tools such as Slither, MythX, Foundry, Echidna, or Hardhat.
  • Proficiency in at least one smart contract language: Solidity, Vyper, Rust, Move, etc.
  • Familiarity with Web3 security vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, underflow/overflow, front-running, MEV).
  • Good understanding of cryptography, particularly in decentralized systems.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, log analysis, and/or blockchain explorers like Etherscan or Tenderly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
