We don't just design drawings; we build real spaces, obsessing over construction details, materials, and execution.This is a fast-track growth environment: if you thrive on learning quickly, adapting to new tools, and constantly upgrading yourself, you'll feel right at home here.We're expanding our team and looking for two long-term collaborators.You can find our selected works here:Headless Portfolio Role 1: Designer (The Heart)ResponsibilitiesDesign functional, human-centered spaces across residential, commercial, and interiorsDevelop clear drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design intentTranslate user needs into buildable design solutionsWork with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure execution qualityResearch and experiment with materials, finishes, and detailingContribute to the studio's evolving design standards and processesRequirementsBackground in Architecture or Interior DesignExperience working on real built projects (any scale)Proficiency in tools: Revit / SketchUp / AutoCAD (Rhino/Grasshopper is a plus)Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordinationStrong presentation and storytelling skillsAttitude / FitExcited about construction and detailing (yes, the kind who can watch construction reels at 3am)Believes in simplicity > decorationLearns and adapts quickly in a fast-changing environmentCollaborative, detail-oriented, and humble1-2 years of experience or even building a small building ground-up or participating in one, basically we are looking for someone who knows practical realitiesRole 2: Technology Lead (The Mind)ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage the technical backbone of the studioImplement BIM workflows (Revit / ArchiCAD / similar) across projectsExplore and apply new technologies: AI, Digital Twins, automation, parametric toolsIntegrate tech directly with on-site execution workflowsDocument and standardize processes to make the studio scalableRequirementsBackground in Architecture / Engineering / Computational DesignHands-on experience with BIM in real projectsFamiliarity with parametric design (Grasshopper, Dynamo, etc.)Curiosity about AI-assisted design and construction techProblem-solving mindset with an eye for practical applicationAttitude / FitObsessed with experimenting and testing new toolsThrives in a fast-track growth environment — quick learner, quick adapterPractical: innovation matters only if it works on siteIndependent, curious, and motivated to stay ahead of industry trends1-2 years of experience or even building a small building ground-up or participating in one, basically we are looking for someone who knows practical realitiesWhat We OfferA fast-paced growth environment with real responsibility from Day 1Hands-on involvement from concept to constructionSpace to experiment with new tools, workflows, and materialsLong-term growth — we're not looking for short-term hiresA culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learningHow to ApplySend us your portfolio, CV, and a short note on why this resonates with you: or Or DM us on Instagram: @headless_____
