AI Architect

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer to architect and implement intelligent, autonomous AI workflows and backend systems. This role is ideal for someone passionate about multi-agent orchestration, Generative AI, and Microsoft Copilot Platform (MCP) integration.

What You'll Do:

• You will define and lead AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and guide engineering teams to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes across domains.
• Architect end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Lead AI/ML solution design across NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI
• Integrate cloud-native AI platforms like Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, and Azure AI
• Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and governance
• Evaluate and integrate generative AI frameworks including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and embedding models
• Establish best practices for MLOps including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining
• Conduct PoCs and technology evaluations to recommend optimal AI tools and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with security, ethical AI, and governance standards
• Translate business use cases into architectural blueprints and roadmaps
• Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and solution teams

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Y
  ou'll bring a strong foundation in AI/ML architecture, hands-on experience with modern frameworks, and leadership capabilities to drive enterprise AI transformation.
• 8–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
• Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Proficiency in Python; exposure to Java/Scala for scalable AI integration
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of data engineering tools: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Spark, Kafka
• Expertise in MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of data security, identity management, and responsible AI practices
• Strong stakeholder management and solution consulting experience
