Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer (Civil) to support project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting. The role involves assisting the planning team in monitoring project timelines and coordinating with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
  • Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with site engineers to collect data and verify progress.
  • Assist in preparing material requirement plans (MRP) and work programs.
  • Update MIS reports, checklists, and project documentation.
  • Support the planning team in delay analysis and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely reporting and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of planning concepts, BOQ, and project execution.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera (added advantage).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • 1–4 years of experience can apply.
