Role & responsibilities

  1. You will maintain a copy of original drawings, shop drawings, completion drawings and make an inventory of all the Miscellaneous fixed assets (M.F.A.), gadgets, fixtures, fittings, their location, route, working conditions and report any discrepancy.

  2. You will make an inventory of all the MFA, fixtures and fittings, equipments and spare parts as per the list (as per agreement of services.

  3. You will keep records of warranty period, AMC, CMC and ensure all the assets are either under warranty, AMC/CMC as per contract.

  4. Assist consultants in planning and execution involving installation, commissioning and testing.

  5. You will keep the inventory of all the spare parts handed over to you, by the contractor as per the agreement.

  6. Please go through the terms and conditions of the services contract for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Medical Gas pipeline and suppliers of compact Electric substations, DG Sets, Lifts, UPS and any other items.

  7. You will be overall responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Dharamshila Rahat Medical Centre Building, MFA (Lift, DG Set, Electrical panels, Fire Fighting, STP, Rainwater Harvesting Plants and others fixtures and fittings in the building).

  8. You will learn the NABH standards, Policies, standard operating procedures.

  9. To ensure a clean, green and healthy environment by carefully monitoring the ambiance, temperature, hygiene, noise level, and waste disposal practices.

  10. To coordinate with other departments of the hospital and administration to fulfill the objectives of the hospital.

  11. To attend various hospital meetings.

  12. To plan and list the material, maintain desired inventory, and send indents to stores for drawing materials required for the department.

  13. To maintain consumption records ensuring there is no pilferage/wastage.

  14. To network with various desired agencies/ hospitals, other organizations, etc. for promotion & up gradation of the department and the hospital.
