Social Media Executive

  1. Develop, plan, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  2. Shoot and edit product photos and videos for content and promotions.3.Create eye-catching reels and video content tailored to each platform.

  3. Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags to maximize reach.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Build and execute a clear social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Research and use trending hashtags, audio, and content formats to boost visibility.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behaviors.

Community & Influencer Engagement:

  • Actively manage DMs, comments, and community engagement.
  • Reach out to and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Monitor and grow audience engagement across platforms.

Social Commerce:

  • Manage and optimize our online shop on Instagram/Facebook.
  • Strategically promote products through posts and paid promotions to drive sales.
  • Monitor performance and implement tactics to improve conversion.

AI & Tools Integration:

  • Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or others) for content ideas, captions, scheduling, and optimization.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and ROI.

Video Editing & Design:

  • Edit high-quality videos for reels and ads using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or Canva.
  • Design graphics and visuals consistent with the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience in creating reels, product shoots, and editing videos.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and marketing workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with influencers and creators is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
