Salary: 15,000 17,000 per month (plus incentives, depending on grade and skillset)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Tele-Sales Executives for Bajaj Life Insurance. The role involves handling inbound leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to Bajaj Life Insurance products
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Hindi and English communication
  • Smart, confident, and sales-oriented personality
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
