Kish Hospitality – Hiring: Maharashtrian Cook

Panjim, Goa.

Kish Hospitality is expanding its culinary team at our family‑run restaurant in Panjim. We are looking for a passionate Maharashtrian Cook to bring authentic flavors to our menu and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role

- Prepare a wide range of Maharashtrian dishes, from thalis to seafood specialties, maintaining traditional recipes and presentation standards.

- Manage kitchen stations, ensure cleanliness, and comply with FSSAI food‑safety regulations.

- Monitor inventory, requisition supplies, and minimise waste.

- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.

- Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably with a focus on Maharashtrian cuisine.

- Strong knowledge of traditional spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

- Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Fixed salary of ₹20,000- 25,000/- per month.
