Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Strategy

Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning.

  • Campaign Setup & ManagementCreate and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Retargeting, and Performance Max campaigns in Google Ads.Run awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).Execute lead generation, sponsored content, and InMail campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Performance Optimization

Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.Optimize ads for higher CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL, Conversions).Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Budget ManagementAllocate and manage monthly advertising budgets across platforms to ensure maximum efficiency.Monitor spend to avoid budget overruns.
  • Collaboration

Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy.Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience (2–3 years) managing Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
