Job Purpose:

To oversee, coordinate, and supervise all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities at the project site in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The Electrical Supervisor ensures quality workmanship, adherence to standards, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 4–10 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in water supply, infrastructure, industrial, or utility projects.
• Knowledge:
• LV/MV electrical systems, HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, cabling, and earthing.
• Understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices (e.g., IS, IEC).
• Experience in handling subcontractors and managing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily electrical works at site, including installation, termination, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other disciplines (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) for smooth progress of electrical works.
• Plan daily manpower and material requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Verify and maintain records of material receipt, consumption, and installation progress.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks before offering works for client/consultant inspection.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed by the workforce during execution.
• Assist in resolving site-level technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
• Support testing and commissioning activities of electrical panels, transformers, cables, and associated systems.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely supply and installation of materials.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Valid electrical license (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
