Job Description: Full Stack Developer (PHP + + React)

Location: On-site – Mohali

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer proficient in PHP, , and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between the two ends of the application.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that deliver an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using PHP, , and
  • Build reusable front-end components and libraries for future use.
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to improve application performance and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement them when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Core PHP / Laravel / /
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with frameworks such as , , or Laravel.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and AWS deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time
