Director / VP - SOC (Security Operations Centre)

Looking for a Director, Cyber Response for the role of a Security Incident Response Manager with minimum 15 years of experience in Cyber Security Domain of which minimum 5 years are/were in a technical role of SOC analyst and Incident Response.
Leadership and people management skills.
Experience or ability to operate in a tier-less SOC.
Strong SOC analyst skills to handle critical incidents and be able to step in as SME wherever required.
Have experience in engaging senior leadership - Briefing executive management on major incidents in business language (High level risk view) and Exec/HO of Cyber Response in security language (low level security control details)
Able to align the Cyber Response goals with cyber security strategy and execute small to large programs, define KRIs/KPIs and able to report progress through quantitative metrices.
Experienced or ability to manage matrix reporting structure.
Demonstrated passion, curiosity, and continuous learning - both at a technical and leadership level.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence outcomes across the organization.
