Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction Line) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project timelines with all stakeholders and teams.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day construction site operations.
  • Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients, consultants, and construction teams.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Address and resolve any project issues or delays.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, changes, and issues.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and final documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
