Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management Systems Engineer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role focuses on the design, implementation, and management of Building Management Systems, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, coordination with project teams, integration of smart technologies, and delivering solutions to optimize building automation and performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years experience in Building Management Systems Installation, Testing and Commissioning.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Electrical Systems are preferable
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
  • Proficiency in integrating smart technologies, such as IoT sensors and advanced data analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across different domains
  • Relevant certifications in Building Management Systems or related specializations are a plus
  • Engineerings degree / diploma in a related field such as Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical is preferred
