Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Architect with strong 3D Visualization skills to join our design team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be able to combine creative architectural design with high-quality 3D modeling and rendering, ensuring that concepts are both aesthetically pleasing and practically executable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual & detailed designs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Create 3D models, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations to communicate design intent.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to translate requirements into feasible designs.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.
  • Conduct site visits and offer design guidance during execution.
  • Coordinate with BOQ & BOM teams for cost alignment and execution feasibility.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, visualization tools, and rendering techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in architectural design & visualization.
  • Proficiency in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray, Photoshop (Adobe Suite).
  • Strong skills in 3D Visualization, Rendering, and Design Presentation.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction techniques.
  • Good communication, client presentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential interior & elevation design.
  • Prior experience in PMC.
  • Familiarity with Bangalores real estate & architectural trends.
