Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
  • Review product specifications and technical drawings to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor production processes and identify deviations from quality standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA documents, and audit records.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO standards and support certification audits.

3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

  • Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve quality problems.

4. Supplier Quality Management

  • Evaluate suppliers and conduct supplier audits when required.
  • Monitor incoming materials and ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Work with suppliers to improve quality performance.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and support initiatives related to Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote safe working practices during inspections and testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, RCA, SPC, 7 QC Tools).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
