What You'll Do

  • Build, test, and deploy
    full stack features
    from day one.
  • Work on
    responsive, user-friendly
    frontends and
    scalable, secure
    backends.
  • Write
    clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
    .
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, and banking services.
  • Optimize applications for
    speed, security, and scalability
    .
  • Collaborate closely with senior developers, product managers, and designers.

Skills We're Looking For

Frontend

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • (preferred) / Angular /
  • Responsive design frameworks like TailwindCSS / Bootstrap

Backend

  • with Express / NestJS or Django / Laravel
  • RESTful API development & integration
  • Authentication methods (JWT, OAuth2)

Databases

  • MySQL / PostgreSQL (must know CRUD & indexing basics)
  • MongoDB (nice to have)

Tools & DevOps Basics

  • Git & GitHub for version control
  • Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Familiarity with Docker (bonus)

Must-Have Qualities

  • Strong understanding of
    data structures & algorithms
    (even at junior level).
  • Problem-solving mindset — you can debug issues independently.
  • Fast learner, eager to pick up
    new technologies

  • Passion for building

Nice-to-Have

  • Internship or project experience in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture.
