Job Purpose

· His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for -

training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.

· He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.

· He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical

assistance, and any other relevant requirement.

· Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.

Key Performance Indicators

Main Responsibilities:

· Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit · Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency · Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage · Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints · Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy · Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors · Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Qualifications Essential – · Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks · Engineers will not be considered Desired - MBA Marketing

Previous Experience Essential · Fresher will also be considered Desired · Work experience in related area of years would be preferred

Functional Competencies · Age: Less between years · Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status · Comfort with basic MS Office for reporting purposes · Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language is an added advantage

Behavioral Competencies · Good Communication · Confident and pleasant personality · Good selling and convincing skills

Additional Requirements · Should own and use a bike as the geography entails a lot of travel · Good knowledge of geography will be an added benefit
