Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Videographer/Photographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video and photo content for brand campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. You'll play a key role in bringing brand stories to life through visuals that inspire and connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photographs for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content ideas, storyboards, and campaign visuals.
  • Manage end-to-end video production — from pre-production planning to final editing.
  • Capture engaging behind-the-scenes, testimonial, event, and product content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone, aesthetic, and strategy.
  • Stay updated on current visual trends, social media formats, and emerging digital tools.
  • Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Videographer, Photographer, or similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media, brand, or campaign content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or equivalent tools).
  • Good understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and sound design.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in a dynamic agency environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience in motion graphics or short-form content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and content strategies.
  • Drone videography skills.
