We are hiring a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in developing and deploying intelligent

Voice and Chat Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing conversational

flows, building analytical solutions, and integrating cloud technologies to enhance automation

and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and productionise Voice and Chat Agents using Dialogflow CX.
  • Design and maintain Conversational Flows, Playbooks, and Test Cases for chatbot

and voice solutions.

  • Evaluate agent performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
  • Implement Python solutions using Cloud Functions and Google Colab for automation

and data processing.

  • Write complex SQL queries in BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to conversational agents.
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions developed.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (Flows, Playbooks, Test Cases,

Productionising Agents).

  • Proficiency in Python development, particularly in cloud environments.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in BigQuery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in implementing Voice and Chatbot solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
