About the Job

We're seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Aluva. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating engaging user experiences, and collaborating with development teams to bring digital products to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for solving user problems through thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create engaging user experiences that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs
  • Conduct wireframing, prototyping, and user research activities
  • Solve complex user problems through thoughtful and innovative design solutions
  • Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Stay updated with latest design trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web & mobile design projects
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and usability
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user research
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work onsite in Aluva, Ernakulam
