Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse in the labor room at Gleneagles Hospitals, located in Grud. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, assisting with childbirth, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The Nurse will also collaborate with physicians and other medical staff, educate patients and their families about labor and delivery, and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Experience in labor and delivery, maternal care, and neonatal care
- Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Ability to assist with childbirth and provide postpartum care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in healthcare protocols and safety guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and BLS/ACLS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
