Role Overview:

Join a high-performance, fast-paced team.

Work directly with founders & senior management.

Get exposure to funding, compliance, tax, audits & corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:


• Statutory & regulatory compliance (Companies Act, FEMA, Tax)


• Preparation & review of financial statements & reports


• ITR filings, Tax audits, XBRL filings, Statutory audits


• Startup fundraising, due diligence & valuations


• GST, TDS & income tax compliance


• Work on QuickBooks & foreign accounting assignments


• Assist in NCLT cases & merger-related matters


• Client-ready deliverables, presentations & MIS reports


• Industry & compliance research


• Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
