We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our growing team.

Night shifts and no cab facility.

Role & responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for handling Outbound and Inbound calls..
  • Follow up leads and maintain all data in the Portal.
  • Handle client queries courteously and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Submitting daily progress reports
  • Engage in role-playing and practice
  • Enhance communication skills
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and give them the best deals.
  • Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients.
  • Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Night shifts only, no cab facility
  • Required fluency in English
