Urgent Opening: Robotic Operator cum Programmer (Paint Shop)

Location: Talegaon, Pune

Company: Korean MNC

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary: Up to 6 LPA (Non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, program, and troubleshoot Yaskawa paint shop robots.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of robotic painting systems for consistent, high-quality output.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and minor repairs of robotic systems.
  • Monitor production parameters and optimize robot performance to achieve efficiency targets.
  • Support process improvements and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for seamless shop floor operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Robotic Operator / Programmer in Paint Shop (preferably Automotive or Plastic Injection Molding industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Yaskawa robotic systems, paint application techniques, and automation processes.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and modify robotic programs.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting robotic and paint shop equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent team coordination skills.
