Role Description

This role is designed for professionals looking to build a long-term career in
Investor Relations
— a unique blend of finance, communication, and strategic advisory. The ideal candidate will work closely with listed companies' management teams and act as a bridge between them and the investor community, while supporting investor strategy and corporate positioning.

Qualifications

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function
  • Create presentations, press releases, and communication material for quarterly/Half yearly earnings, Investor calls, and Industry events
  • Coordinate earnings conference calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and plant visits
  • Build relationships with the investment community, analysts, and institutional investors
  • Represent investor feedback and market perception to internal management to influence corporate strategy
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and financial analysis across public companies and sectors
  • Monitor analyst reports and market commentary; summarize key insights for senior management
  • Manage investor-related sections of the company website
  • Perform industry and company-specific research to support investor narratives
  • Provide insights on Governance, Sustainability, and other qualitative parameters impacting investor perception
  • Collaborate with client CXOs including Promoters, CFOs, and CEOs to shape investor communication
