Job Description:

Administers supply chain optimization processes, supply chain synchronization processes, and recovery planning efforts. Conducts routine assesement of the multi-echelon impact of supply disruptions and recommends prioritized actions to resolve and balance all relevant trade-offs. Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area.
Identifies oppurtunities to optimize E2E value stream within the current SC infrastructure.
Leverages IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and recommend next steps regarding E2E decisions.
Drives implementation of best practices in E2E planning. Applies in-depth knowledge of supply chain field to assist service providers with creation of standard productivity measurements, standard work, and systems that ensure processes created are sustained.
Coordinates inspections, tours, and supports audits of Supply Chain areas on site.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
