Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Trainee with a strong foundation in 3D design to join our team. The candidate will assist in design projects while learning professional design workflows and gradually take on responsibilities for training students in graphic and 3D design concepts, tools, and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of visual content including logos, posters, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
  • Support 3D design tasks such as modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
  • Prepare design assets and tutorials for student learning sessions.
  • Conduct basic training sessions, workshops, or lab demonstrations for students under supervision.
  • Provide feedback and support to students on their design assignments and projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in both 2D and 3D.
  • Collaborate with the academic and creative teams to improve training content and design quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and at least one 3D tool (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D).
  • Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Good communication and presentation skills — comfortable interacting with students.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a creative environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leading student projects (even informally).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media content design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
