We are looking Manager QA with leading API Pharma manufacturing company in Baroda.

Requirement : 10+ years of experience in quality assurance activities in the granulation section.

Education : M.Sc / B.Sc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Quality Assurance operations within the granulation section, ensuring seamless execution of QA protocols.
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory standards across all quality processes.
  • Review, approve, and maintain critical quality documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, and batch manufacturing records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality benchmarks throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Drive root cause investigations for deviations, implement effective CAPA strategies, and manage change control processes.
  • Conduct internal audits and actively support external regulatory inspections with thorough documentation and compliance readiness.
  • Train, guide, and mentor QA personnel to reinforce quality culture and system adherence.
  • Continuously enhance Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation practices for operational excellence.
  • Ensure timely evaluation and release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in alignment with quality standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in QA systems and manufacturing processes to elevate product integrity and compliance.
