Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive (25-30K/Monthly, located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the design and production teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and sales skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and presentations
- Experience in the textile or design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
