Job Description:

Looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all HR functions at our Roorkee location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage HR & Admin systems and processes.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including senior and CXO-level roles.
  • Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
  • Oversee general administration and office operations.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of HR Generalist experience across industries.
  • Proven experience in setting up HR departments.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Hands-on with HR operations, compliance, and policy drafting.
