Job Description:
Looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all HR functions at our Roorkee location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage HR & Admin systems and processes.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including senior and CXO-level roles.
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
- Oversee general administration and office operations.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of HR Generalist experience across industries.
- Proven experience in setting up HR departments.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Hands-on with HR operations, compliance, and policy drafting.
