Rightutor is a rapidly growing EdTech platform offering personalized and concept-driven learning for students across India. We provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group classes for Grades 1–12 (CBSE, ICSE & State Boards).

We are now hiring experienced teachers for online classes across India and offline home tuitions in Bangalore.

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and experienced teachers who can teach students from Grade 1–12 across various subjects. The role includes conducting online classes (PAN India) or offline classes (Bangalore). Teachers must be able to explain concepts clearly, engage students, and deliver structured lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online classes (India) or offline home tuitions (Bangalore).
  • Teach 1:1 or small batches based on student requirements.
  • Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials.
  • Use digital tools (Zoom/Meet, online boards, PPTs) for teaching.
  • Provide doubt-solving, homework support, and assessments.
  • Track progress and share feedback with parents.
  • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and student discipline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (BA/BSc/BCom/BTech etc.).
  • B.Ed/M.Ed preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (school, coaching, or tutoring).
  • Strong subject knowledge for the classes you teach.
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
  • Comfortable using digital teaching tools.

  • Good planning, presentation, and time management.

Salary

  • ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on subject, experience, and number of students).
  • Additional incentives for demo classes, extra sessions, and performance.

Work ModeOnline (PAN India)

  • Laptop, stable internet, and quiet environment required.

Offline (Bangalore Only)

  • Home tuition at student location.
  • Must be based in Bangalore and comfortable with local travel.
