Branch Manger

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager oversees the overall functioning and profitability of the logistics branch. They are responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high service quality, leading the branch team, maintaining client relationships, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee and coordinate all daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods and materials.
• Monitor route planning, dispatch schedules, and delivery performance.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team performance.
• Foster a positive, efficient, and safety-focused work culture.
• Customer Service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Work with the sales team to understand and meet client needs.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage branch budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of the branch.
• Ensure cost-effective operations and resource utilization.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor fleet and warehouse safety and maintenance.
• Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Reporting:
• Generate regular reports on operational performance, costs, and customer feedback.
• Analyze branch performance and suggest improvement plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, 1 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics systems.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS, ERP).
• Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
