Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing 's social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, trend-aware, and understands how to build and engage communities for a D2C brand.

What You'll Work On

  • Planning and executing social media content calendars across platforms

  • Creating engaging content ideas aligned with brand values and campaigns

  • Managing day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization

  • Coordinating with design, content, and brand teams for creatives and videos

  • Writing captions, hooks, and basic copy for posts, reels, and stories

  • Monitoring comments, DMs, and community engagement

  • Tracking performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and preparing reports

  • Staying updated on social media trends, formats, and platform updates

  • Coordinating with influencers, creators, and agencies when required

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all social media communication
