Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Design and implement new features of Java application servers based on Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate, MySQL, and other open source Java components
  • Must have to support Customers via screen sharing on a need basis.
  • Must attend client meetings on a regular and need basis
  • Support live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and/or code changes

Required Skills

- Must have- Core Java (Java 8 or above) – deep understanding of OOP, multithreading, collections, and design patterns.
- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- RESTful API development and integration experience.
- Database proficiency – SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on with version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Good to have- Hands-on experience to build and handle VMs, Containers utilizing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc. will be a big plus
- Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for SaaS applications by accessing tools like Maven, Jenkins, etc. will be a big plus
- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
- Exposure to front-end technologies (Angular / React) is a bonus.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
