Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desk Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The Desk Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of power plants, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include compiling reports, analyzing data, supporting project implementation, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining communication with other departments.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Monitoring and managing power plant operations, data analysis, troubleshooting
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to coordinate with various departments
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
• Project Management: Experience in supporting project implementation and maintenance coordination
• Compliance: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the power industry is a plus
